We are always happy to hear from parents, carers and members of our wider community. Whether you have a question, need some advice or would like to find out more about our school, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.45pm (term time)

Reporting Your Child's Absence

If your child is unable to attend school, please let us know as soon as possible on the morning of their absence.

You can telephone the school office, email the school office or leave a message on the school answerphone if calling outside office hours.

Please include your child's name, class and the reason for their absence.

Visiting the School

Visitors are always welcome, but we ask that appointments are made in advance wherever possible.

For the safety of everyone in our school community, all visitors must report to the school office on arrival, where they will be signed in and provided with a visitor badge.

Who Should I Contact?

General enquiries

Mrs Buckley is the first point of contact for all general enquiries and will be happy to help or put you in touch with the appropriate member of staff.

Questions about your child's learning or wellbeing

Please contact your child's class teacher in the first instance.

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Our SENDCo is Mrs Julia Beales. If you have any questions about your child's additional needs or the support available, please email senco@sarum-st-pauls.wilts.sch.uk.

Safeguarding concerns

If you have a concern about the safety or wellbeing of a child, please speak to a member of our Designated Safeguarding Team as soon as possible or email safeguarding@sarum-st-pauls.wilts.sch.uk. Family support

Our Family Support Worker, Mrs Debbie Newman, works closely with families to offer practical advice, guidance and support. If you would like to arrange a conversation with Debbie, please contact the school office or email her directly at dnewman@sarum-st-pauls.wilts.sch.uk. Paper Copies of Information

If you would like a paper copy of any information published on our website, please contact the school office. Copies will be provided free of charge.
