Club Registration Information

Pupils are invited to sign up for extra-curricular clubs on a termly basis (Autumn, Spring and Summer terms). At the start of each term, parents will receive a Google Form to register their child's interest in the available clubs.

Places are allocated at the beginning of the term, and parents will be notified by text message if their child has secured a place. If a club is oversubscribed and your child is not offered a place, they will be added to a waiting list and automatically enrolled for the following term.

Some clubs may incur a small charge; where applicable, this will be clearly communicated before the sign-up process opens. Payments can be made conveniently via School Money.

In the event that a club has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, parents will be notified by text message no later than 2:00pm on the day of the club.
